Digital Marketer/ Customer Service Executive

Job Description
Manage various digital marketing platforms such as Facebook, Google, and Linkedin
Strategize and run digital campaigns to maximize content distribution and engagement
Utilize keyword search to effectively target specific audiences
Monitor campaign budget and make necessary adjustments to improve on return on investment
Stay up to date on market trends and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities
Conduct data experiments to validate hypothesis and drive product adoption and expansion
Possess knowledge in CRM, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, HTML, SEM, SEO optimisation

Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience
Ability to manage marketing content across different sites (pre and post login) for clear customer communication and to optimise marketing effectiveness.
Experience in reporting analytics to support adoption and usage of digital channels and products
